7 Disney Movies To Watch In 2019
2019 seems to be the year of Disney movies, because there are so many new Disney movies to see! Several of the films in progress are remade versions of popular Disney classics. Others are sequels to previous films.

Disney movies to see in 2019
Dumbo
Dumbo is one of Disney’s most beloved classics, and it was shown again on the screen in March. The film was directed by Tim Burton, and that alone is a reason to give it a try!
This time, the film also addresses a topic that has become very controversial in recent years: the use of animals in the circus industry and how they are treated.
Aladdin
Another film that will be shown on the screen again is Aladdin. This time, the plot is a mixture of the original film from 1992 together with other stories from A Thousand and One Nights.
In the new version, it is Will Smith who plays the Spirit, so it is definitely worth seeing.
Aladdin, Jasmin, Jafar, Anden, the parrot Iago and the monkey Abu made their live action debut at the cinema in May.
The Lion King
As you can see, it seems that 2019 will be the year when we see more remade versions of old Disney classics than ever before. In June came one of the year’s most anticipated films: The Lion King.
The film definitely evokes memories and oozes nostalgia. You are never too old to sing Hakuna Matata with your children, or yourself for that matter!
Frozen 2
On November 19, Elsa, Anna and Olaf return to the big screen.
The film won an Oscar for best animated film and best original song, and is still one of Disney’s most popular films.
Tired of hearing Break free? Maybe the new movie will come with a new hit song that our children (and we!) Can sing along to – for better or worse!
Other Disney movies to see in 2019
Captain Marvel
All of Marvel’s superheroes have been huge successes, and in March came the 21st film. This time it was about Coral Danvers, an American fighter pilot who becomes Captain Marvel when the earth ends up in the middle of a conflict between two alien races.
Toy Story 4
Pixar is also part of Disney, so we must not forget the return of Toy Story. In July, 24 years after the first film, Woody and Buzz returned to the screen.
Be sure to bring a handkerchief, because the voice actors of Woody and Buzz have promised that it is a very emotional film.
Star Wars: Episode IX
